Tim Found and Fixed the Vibration
We have been using On Time for several years and always were pleased. Our AC was serviced recently, but we hadn't turned it on until last week. We noticed a vibrating sound. I called and scheduled an appointment for today between 1 and 5. At about 4:18, I called the office and I was told the tech was running late, and they would call right back. I called back at 4:50 and the lady asked who I had talked to, mumbled an apology, and said the tech would be here in about 45 minutes. Thank goodness they sent Tim. He checked the furnace, the return, and finally found the vibration and fixed it. We want him as our tech from now on.

Tim was my technician. He was on time and did a complete maintenance on my A/C and HVAC system, went over any problems that might need to be corrected in the future with a price quote emailed to me with pictures he took of my system. He did not try to oversell me on things that might need to be done now, which I totally appreciate. I hate technicians that tell you that you need to fix it right now or the world will come to an end. lol. He was very nice and friendly. I hope I get him in December for my winter maintenance.

Jarred Howard was our technician. He has done an amazing job communicating, was great with our dog, and let me know he's safe with dogs walking around since it was weeping while they worked. Quickly going into action with his coworker to let me know how the system went in and working with the thermostat that also works with our phones. Plus, he also cleaned out our 20 ducts and vents explaining how it's going to make us feel better about our health and enjoy the fresh air. Jarred checked back in the attic to make sure all exposures were sealed, leaving our house amazingly cool but also crystal fresh air clean. Thank you for doing such an overwhelming job on a 20-year-old home. We called to get an estimate on what was wrong and the cost to fix our upstairs air conditioning would be. Dale Faircloth was very nice and helpful, went right to the source, and explained what was happening and how much it was going to cost. We are still not sure on what is going to happen. Monday, Mike Lombardi came to give us a great deal and service for the whole installation on the 2nd-story upstairs part of our house. He really worked on what would make my husband worth wanting to enjoy in every hot day, especially after work from working outside in the sun. Everything has been happening today, Wednesday. The technicians arrived on time and kindly communicated with me, then started working hard up and down the stairs as it's getting hotter upstairs. They're moving along, taking out the old and bringing in the new upstairs. Feeling it's going to be a great summer living in Menifee. 💨🙌🥰🥳 This is for the business On Time Home Services.
