Myself and my family have been using On Time for all of our heating and cooling needs. Recently, we had an older AC unit that was on its last leg. They spent extra time to go through our old unit with us and explain everything that was happening and why. We ended up going with a new AC unit and furnace. They were very personable, worked with us on what we liked and price. We felt very comfortable with the new purchase. They were thorough, kind, and felt like family. The work was performed the next day without hiccups. They prepped the floors and carpets and left the house just as clean as it was before they showed up. This is a company that cares about pride in their work and gaining repeat customers. We will continue to use them.

I am adding my review of David Huard here: I met David (Salesperson) at my sister’s house as we both were buying identical Bosch A/C and forced air heating units. He was on time, pleasant, friendly, and professional as he explained my choices for the new system. I found him to be easy to understand and patient with our questions. I ultimately chose the Bosch A/C as it would best fit my needs and budget. I am very happy with this company and would highly recommend their services. Austin and Christian arrived right on time, ready to go. They were here to install the new Bosch Air Conditioner and a new forced air heating system. My sister had purchased and received the same unit and service the previous day with much success. They were friendly, efficient, professional, and easy to talk to and answered all my questions. They had some difficulty removing an existing vent, did so and added a new vent on my roof and sealed it well. This is a very hardworking crew. They created a clean working environment and left no mess. I am very pleased with my new A/C unit and heater. The A/C is right outside my bedroom window and I can barely hear it when it is on. Thank you On Time Home Services for an excellent experience. I highly recommend this company.

We had a spectacular experience with On-time Home Services. Our A/C unit broke in the late afternoon, and On-time had a serviceperson, Robby, out the next morning. He was on-time, courteous, professional, and informative. He assessed our problems and made the repairs in a timely and efficient manner for a fair price. He answered all of our questions, and with his pleasant demeanor and great work, gave us the surety and confidence to schedule an appointment for an estimate for new equipment, as we knew we were due for a new unit. We coordinated an appointment for the next day. The following day we met David, who was also right on-time, friendly, informative, and clearly provided us with the options for purchasing our new A/C unit and heater as it relates to performance and price. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment, which helped us make the decision that best fit our needs and budget. We are very pleased with our experience so far and look forward to the installation of our equipment, which is scheduled in just a few days. I will add more to this review following the installation and when we are enjoying our new heating and air equipment. We are so grateful we found On-time Home Services. They were punctual, professional, and efficient from start to finish. David, our salesman from On Time Home Services arrived on time as promised with a cheerful attitude and pleasant demeanor. He was professional and respectful. He proceeded to inspect our current A/C unit and inside forced air heating unit. He was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions about our needs and concerns regarding performance, longevity, and warranties. He was knowledgeable and easy to understand. After very little deliberation, we made our choice on the Bosch A/C and accompanying heater system. We were very pleased with the experience and were excited to know our install was only a few days away. Thank you On-Time Home Services for a great overall experience. The technicians, Austin and Christian, arrived on time and were very nice and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns, and got right to work. They worked well together, communicating about the installation and were very efficient as they went about their work. Within 6 hours of their arrival, they were done, everything was working terrifically and we were so happy with the new systems. Our A/C unit hums and our heating system is a bit quieter than before, which we love. I am so grateful for the good work of On Time Home Services and highly recommend them.

Jesus came on last-minute notice to look into our furnace issue. It stopped heating about a week ago, and we couldn’t bear going another day without heat. He took his time to find the issue, and on an older unit was able to get the heating element back in working order. We were quoted fairly and given great options on how to improve our system's health. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We are so grateful to have been Jesus’ last stop of the day.
