Mike Rico came by the other day to service our furnace and A/C system. I wasn’t home, but Judy said he was professional and patient. We’ve only had our system for about six months and hadn’t registered our Bosch Control Panel yet. I had to do it from the dental office, and once registered, Mike helped Judy set it all up on her iPad. We’re dialed in now. Mike was a pleasure to work with, and he did a great job installing our new system a few months ago.

He helped me set up my new Google Nest thermostat and helped with the app. I thought the service fee was reasonable, and they then offered me their annual service for also a very reasonable fee.
